Cosmic Clocks
Pulsars are the clocks of cosmos. They emit beams of electromagnetic radiation out of their magentic poles and appear like blinking stars.
In order to understand a pulsar one must analyze its dispersion pattern as its signal passes through ionized clouds of cosmic matter.
